The company has redefined its growth strategy beyond loyal Hispanic customers, introducing the North American palate to this great tasting chicken with a south-of-the-border twist. Currently, CJRW is helping the company, founded in Guatemala in 1971, to recruit franchisees in the states—with a goal of 500 restaurants by December 2012.
