The Peabody RiverTop Party is Little Rock’s version of Memphis’ popular rooftop parties. Denver Peacock, CJRW’s Director of Public Relations, is so involved in every aspect of these productions, you can practically find him working the door if not the dance floor. That’s not him in the picture, though.
